Manu Roberts
With 11 years in the industry, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building results that last. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and I take pride in creating strategies that meet each person where they’re at.
I’ve worked with bodybuilders, professional athletes, older adults, beginners, and injury rehab clients, always focusing on delivering high-quality coaching that makes a real impact. But my passion goes beyond training—I built One Life to raise coaching standards, grow a team of dedicated trainers, and create a space where people don’t just build muscles, but also friendships and real connections.
At One Life, we’re not just here to train—we’re here to lead, support, and build a community that lasts.
You’ll find Manu leading the Coach Development & Education, leading Pursuit Personal Training sessions and Better Together Classes.
Isaac Ratcliff
“Health and fitness has been a very large part of my life for the past three years. I was picked on quite a lot for my weight in high school, which affected my self-esteem quite a lot. Since beginning my fitness journey at 17, I have become much more confident, much happier, and my self-esteem is miles ahead of where it was back then. This is why I decided to work in the industry; to help people of all shapes and sizes enjoy their lives to the fullest.”
You’ll find Isaac on the gym floor coaching one-on-one personal training, leading Pursuit personal training sessions, or bringing his electric energy to a Better Together class.
Tia Burton
Tia has been in the fitness industry for five years, with four of those focused specifically on women’s training and body composition coaching. In that time, she worked closely with women in a one-on-one setting, helping them build confidence, develop strength, and create long-lasting lifestyle change.
Since joining One Life, Tia has thrived in a new environment where she now coaches all aspects of health and fitness. She brings a calm, grounded approach to her coaching style and integrates everything she’s learned into a broader, more holistic service.
Tia coaches from a place of simplicity, compassion, and evidence-based education. She believes there is already too much noise and pressure around what “health” should look like, and her goal is to help clear that out. With Tia, the focus shifts back to small, powerful actions that build real momentum — habits that actually stick.
Tia also has an impressive track record in her own training, competing in powerlifting competitions and HYROX events, as well as mastering calisthenics—handstands and all the fun stuff included. Her dedication to pushing her own limits translates into her coaching, inspiring others to challenge themselves and achieve their fitness goals in a way that’s both effective and enjoyable.
You’ll find Tia coaching Private PT sessions, Better Together & Pursuit sessions between 5am-12pm most days.
