Meet Alan.
Alan first connected with One Life Fitness back in 2022, during a casual chat at a social gathering. He mentioned that he was looking for guidance — someone who could help him build confidence with his form, keep him accountable, and provide a clear, structured plan to follow.
But there was one catch: he didn’t live nearby.
“The trainers around me just aren’t for me,” he said.
“I wish I was closer so I could train with you.”
That’s when our team introduced him to our Online Coaching option.
It gave him everything he was missing — clarity, structure, and a coach who genuinely cared about his progress. Over the next 14 months, Alan dropped from well over 100kg to an incredible 73kg.
