The Role
This is not your average coaching job. As a One Life Coach, you’ll work across three coaching streams — Pursuit, Better Together, and Online. You'll be supported through our in-house education system, mentored by experienced coaches, and given the tools you need to grow your skills and your client base.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your coaching career to the next level, this is the place to do it.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Coaching That Matters

Tailor training to suit all fitness levels, goals, and personalities.

Champion the Member Experience
Your role is to ensure every member you see, speak to, or interact with leaves feeling better than when they walked in.
Bring energy, professionalism, and genuine care to every interaction — in person, online, and in between.
Build a Thriving Client Base
Contribute to lead generation, marketing campaigns, and referral systems.
Own the Member Experience
Build real relationships. Get to know your clients and help them win.
Support the Team
Contribute to gym operations and keep the place looking sharp.
Get involved in team workouts, community events, and social gatherings.
Embody our values: Raise the Bar. Own It. Be the Teammate You’d Want.
