Bubs & Barbells is a similar approach to Better Together — structured, coached group training in a supportive environment — just designed specifically for new parents who want to bring their baby right onto the gym floor with them. For those who want to dive in headfirst. This is our most popular group training option, giving you the freedom to train as often as you like.

Better Together (Starter)
Perfect for those who are new to training, have a busy schedule, or want to ease in and see how it feels.

•Inclusions: 2 sessions per week, booked flexibly to suit your schedule.
•Best for: New members, those with unpredictable schedules, or anyone wanting to build a consistent routine.
