You won’t be thrown into the deep end. You’ll be guided through each workout, shown how things work, and supported the entire way.

45-Minute Strategy Session
A one-on-one session with a coach to discuss your goals, preferences, and where you need the most support.
Up to 6 Training Sessions
Choose between Pursuit personal training or Better Together group training across the week.
A Designated Coach
One point of contact to answer questions, support you during sessions, and help keep you motivated.
