WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • A 1:1 session with a designated coach to map out your starting point. You don’t need to know this prior, that’s our area of expertise, we work WITH you.

  • One week of training with us - up to 6 times! This allows the full experiece with no pressure.

  • A welcome pack.
