Step 1: We’ll Be In Touch

Within the next 24 hours, a coach from One Life will contact you to organise your 45-minute strategy session and confirm your start date.

Step 2: Your Strategy Session

This session is where we:

  • Talk through your goals and preferences

  • Understand what you need help with most

  • Recommend how to use your week for the best experience

Step 3: Start Training

You’ll train with us for the week, choosing between Pursuit personal training or Better Together group training, with support from your designated coach throughout.

Step 4: Decide What’s Next

At the end of the week, you’ll have clarity on:

  • What training option suits you best

  • Whether you’d like to continue with One Life

  • How we can best support you moving forward
